Numb

Posted in Group:

Nothing like alcohol and a ton of diphenhydramine to numb me for a little while. Whatever. Fuck it.

Please take care of yourself. Take it from someone who drank all my adult life - you do not want to damage your liver. Thankfully, I quit drinking and my liver seems to have recovered. Your post worried me - People care - I care.

Is there anything at all that still at least "neutralizes" you from being depressed. I have been there and I'm still there a lot. Music and journaling have helped me.

One of the easiest ways for me to see past suicide when I get very depressed is think about some things that you like to do or make you happy and then think about never getting to do those things. When you are done with your life's purpose, God will bring you home.
